I got back last Friday from a wonderful week in Hautulco, Mexico. The place is so lovely and the people are extremely friendly. I was a little upset that this year did turn out to be one of those trips where if you wanted a beach chair you better get up early to reserve one with a towel. If you go to a resort and they say a chair unattended for more than 30 minutes is free for use...don't believe it.
Some how I did wake up each morning at 6:30. I'm not sure how because when I'm home I can barely drag myself up at 7:30 and I'm suppose to be up by 7:00. Even though I got beat for most of the good spots so early, I did manage to find seats I could count on for a little sun and a little shade. The best thing about it though was that I got to see amazingly, beautiful sunrises every single day. Here's one of my favourite ones because the sky glowed a little bit and it was one of the only days with whisps of clouds.
